Kyiv Olympic Stadium is 84% ready

The Olympic Stadium is 84% ready. This was stated by the Director General of the main arena of Euro-2012, Volodymyr Barkovsky, Ukryevroinfraproekt reports.

According to Mr Barkovsky, the main works on the construction of the arena will be completed in September this year, and the stadium will be handed over for final commissioning in October. LOC director of Euro-2012, Markiyan Lubkivsky added that the holding of two matches involving the Ukrainian national team is scheduled for 2011. “The date of one of them is already known. On November 11 Ukraine will play Germany”, the director of Euro-2012 in Ukraine summed up.
